PREORDERS & PROCESSING

 

Orders containing preorder items are subject to the estimated processing and shipping timelines listed on the product page.

Filing a chargeback due to standard preorder processing times does not qualify as unauthorized or fraudulent activity.


FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

 

Osè Chic reserves the right to dispute and provide evidence against fraudulent or invalid chargebacks, including but not limited to:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Tracking confirmation
  • Order confirmation
  • Customer communication
  • Billing verification
  • Shopify fraud analysis


Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from placing future orders.


 

 

REFUNDS & ELIGIBILITY

 

Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are handled according to our official Return Policy.

Items marked final sale, worn items, or products that violate our return conditions are not eligible for refunds.


 

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
