At Osè Chic, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale:
- Sale or discounted items
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Gift cards
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
PREORDERS
Please note that preorder items have extended processing and shipping times. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeframe provided at checkout.
Preorder items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We offer exchanges based on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns may be issued as:
- Original payment refund, or
- Store credit
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
RETURN PROCESS

Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Osè Chic is not responsible for lost return packages.
POLICY NOTICE
Osè Chic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
